Levin Street troubles: Police, residents hope to prevent more violence
After a summer of violence last year, Levin Street in Alexandria re-emerged in headlines recently when four men were charged with seven counts of attempted first-degree murder stemming from a June 19 shooting that injured an Alexandria teenager and a 12-year-old girl.
