Now in Theaters – My Life As a Parent
March 21st, 2010I recently shared an ordeal involving my 12 year old son with a friend who, when he opines, is sometimes prone to allegory. He offered up a simple, yet illuminating comparison of the stages of parenting with that of the professional evolution of a cinematic artist. And, while this isn’t about any major breakthrough in parenting psychology, it did provide me with an amusing perspective on child rearing worth sharing with my fellow parents- especially if, like me, you’re looking for a reason to smile.
