Over the past few years you will, have worked very hard to complete your college studies. I hope you found time to balance your life and had some fun along the way. However the ultimate goal is achieved and you have perhaps fought through some hard times, times when grades were not so good, times when you did not work hard enough and even survived a few scares along the way. I think that latter point just about sums up the economic outlook and the past few years too.

You all deserve your day of celebrations and all the parties and events you have planned. Life would be dull unless we stopped off for a moment and enjoyed where we are.

The important thing after the sun has gone down on the celebrations is to plan ahead. You are entering a job market where you need to create wealth and really influence people as to your worth as an employee. There are lots of jibs out there which you can do but few that will help you find the giant that is inside you. There is nothing like going out into the real world with a real hunger and passion to do something brilliant. The harder you get to work and create wealth the more people you can employ, the more families who will be well off, the better their communities will be as they spend their money locally and also the better off will be the town services. If thousands of you took this approach then that could influence the wealth of a nation. I urge you to decide what your talent is and how you can create wealth of everyone around you by using it to it’s fullest extent.
